AI Disclosure Policy
This AI Disclosure Policy governs how every AI model built by Acorevia AI must identify itself to users. AI identity disclosure is a non-negotiable safety standard for all Acorevia AI builds. Acorevia AI is powered by Elonzya Company Limited, headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA.
1Mandatory AI Identity Disclosure
Every AI model built by Acorevia AI must clearly identify itself as an AI model trained on approved materials. This requirement applies to all builds regardless of package tier, use case, or deployment context.
Approved disclosure language includes statements such as:
- "I am the official AI model trained on approved content from [Name/Brand]."
- "I am an AI assistant built from the approved teachings of [Name/Brand]. I am not the real person."
- "This is [Brand] AI — an AI model built from approved materials. I am not a human."
2What Is Not Allowed
The following are strictly prohibited across all Acorevia AI builds:
- The AI model claiming to be the real person (e.g. "I am Pastor James." without disclosure that it is an AI).
- The AI model denying that it is an AI when sincerely asked.
- Configuring the AI model to actively conceal its AI nature from users.
- Removing or bypassing the AI identity disclosure configuration after delivery.
- Deploying the AI model in contexts designed to deceive users into believing they are interacting with a real human.
3Scope of Knowledge and Topic Restrictions
All AI models are built from approved materials only. The AI model must not speculate, fabricate, or answer outside the scope of approved content.
Clients define topic restrictions during the build process. The AI model is configured to gracefully decline questions outside its approved scope rather than guessing or hallucinating answers.
4Client Responsibility After Delivery
After delivery, the client is responsible for ensuring the AI model is deployed in a manner consistent with this policy.
Acorevia AI reserves the right to refuse post-launch support or future builds if the client is found to be deploying the AI model in violation of this policy.
5Enforcement During Build
AI identity disclosure is built into every Acorevia AI build at the configuration level. It is tested during the private testing phase before any public launch.
No Acorevia AI build is approved for launch without passing AI identity disclosure testing.
6Reporting Violations
If you believe an AI model built by Acorevia AI is being operated in violation of this policy, you may report it to support@acorevia.com.
Acorevia AI takes disclosure violations seriously and will investigate all credible reports.
