Content Ownership Policy

You retain full ownership of all materials you submit to Acorevia AI. This includes books, documents, recordings, transcripts, lecture notes, sermons, training content, or any other content you provide.

Submitting materials to Acorevia AI does not transfer ownership of those materials to Acorevia AI or Elonzya Company Limited.

By submitting materials, you grant Acorevia AI a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials solely for the purpose of building your agreed AI model.

This licence is used only for:

• Reviewing and cleaning your submitted materials.
• Structuring and tagging your knowledge base.
• Building and configuring your custom AI model.
• Testing and refining your AI model before launch.
• Providing agreed post-launch support and updates.

This licence ends upon project completion and delivery, except as needed for agreed ongoing support. Acorevia AI will not use your materials for any other client project or general AI training dataset.

You represent and warrant that you own, or have the legal right to submit and use, all materials you provide to Acorevia AI.

You agree not to submit materials that:

• Infringe the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contain confidential information belonging to others that you do not have permission to share.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Include content you created for or on behalf of an employer without permission.

Acorevia AI will not perform independent copyright clearance on submitted materials. The responsibility for ensuring you have the right to use submitted materials rests entirely with you.

Upon receipt of final payment, the completed AI model is delivered to you and is yours to use, share, and monetise as agreed.

Acorevia AI retains no ongoing ownership rights to the delivered AI model after final payment, except as may be needed to provide agreed post-launch maintenance or support under a separate agreement.

Acorevia AI retains ownership of its proprietary processes, methodologies, frameworks, build workflows, safety systems, and tooling used to build AI models.

These proprietary elements are not transferred to the client and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elonzya Company Limited.

All submitted materials are treated as confidential. Access is limited to team members directly involved in building your AI model, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your materials will not be shared with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver your project, and only with your awareness.

Upon request, Acorevia AI will return or confirm deletion of your submitted materials following project completion or cancellation. Requests should be submitted in writing to support@acorevia.com.
