Refund Policy

Acorevia AI is a managed service provider. Our refund policy reflects the nature of custom, bespoke work performed on your behalf. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1General Refund Principle

All fees paid for completed work phases are non-refundable. Because our services involve significant custom labour, time, and expertise applied to your specific project, we cannot offer refunds for work that has already been performed.

2Deposit Refund Policy

The deposit paid to begin work is non-refundable once the discovery and scoping phase has commenced.

If you cancel your project before the discovery call takes place and before any scoping work has begun, you may request a full deposit refund within 48 hours of payment.

3Milestone Payment Refund Policy

Milestone payments are non-refundable once the associated work phase has been completed and delivered for client review.

If Acorevia AI fails to deliver agreed deliverables for a milestone within the agreed timeline without reasonable cause, the client may request a refund of the milestone payment for undelivered work.

4Cancellation During Active Project

If you choose to cancel your project at any point after work has commenced:

  • You are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the cancellation date.
  • No refund will be issued for completed work phases.
  • Any outstanding balance for completed work becomes immediately due upon cancellation.
  • Acorevia AI will return your submitted materials upon receipt of all outstanding payments.

5Refund Process for Eligible Claims

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact us in writing at support@acorevia.com within 14 days of the triggering event.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval, using the original payment method where possible.

6Disputes

If you have a concern about our services that you believe warrants a refund or credit, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Disputes not resolved by negotiation shall be handled in accordance with the Governing Law provisions in our Terms of Service.
