Safety & Trust

Safety comes before launch. Every single time.

Acorevia AI does not believe in careless AI cloning. Every AI model must be reviewed, tested, and explicitly approved before it reaches your audience.

Our Safety Principles

01

Safety Before Speed

We will never rush a launch to meet a deadline. Safety review is a required phase, not an optional one.

02

Human-in-the-Loop Always

Every AI model goes through human review by our team and the client before any public exposure.

03

Your Reputation is the Product

The AI model represents your brand. Protecting your reputation is inseparable from building your AI.

04

Transparency on Limitations

We tell you what the AI can and cannot do. No overselling, no false confidence.

10 Key Safety Controls

Every Acorevia AI build includes all of these safety measures, configured specifically for your AI model.

AI Identity Disclosure

Every Acorevia AI AI model must clearly identify itself as an AI trained on approved materials — not as the real person. This is non-negotiable.

Approved Materials Only

AI models are built only from content you provide and approve. No unauthorized web scraping, no random data, no third-party content without permission.

Topic Restrictions

You define what topics the AI should avoid. Restricted areas are enforced at the model level — the AI refuses out-of-scope questions instead of hallucinating.

Private Content Protection

Materials can be categorized by access level. Private content stays private. Confidential materials are not exposed to public-facing AI responses.

Refusal Rules

The AI model is configured to refuse questions outside its approved scope instead of speculating or hallucinating dangerous answers.

Professional Disclaimers

Legal, medical, financial, and spiritual disclaimers are added wherever appropriate to direct users to qualified professionals.

Answer Monitoring

Responses are monitored during testing for accuracy, tone alignment, and safety compliance before any public launch.

Flagged Response Review

During private testing, clients can flag problematic responses. Our team reviews every flag and corrects issues before the next test round.

Human Approval Workflow

No AI model is launched without human review by our team and explicit written approval from the client. Every launch is a deliberate decision.

Launch Lock Before Final Payment

Public launch is locked until testing is approved, all flagged issues are resolved, and final payment is received.

AI Disclosure Standard

Mandatory on every Acorevia AI build

Every Acorevia AI AI model must clearly disclose that it is an AI trained on approved materials. It must not pretend to be the real person, a live human, or an unassisted representative of the creator.

Correct Disclosure

“I am the official AI model trained on approved content from [Creator Name]. I am an AI, not the real person.”

Not Permitted

“I am [Creator Name]. Ask me anything.”

Content Ownership Responsibility

Clients must confirm they own, license, or have legal permission to use all submitted materials. Acorevia AI does not accept content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws.

All submitted materials are treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively to build your AI model. Nothing is shared with third parties.

Default Restricted Topics

These topics are restricted by default on every build. Additional restrictions can be added at client request.

  • Private family or personal matters
  • Political opinions or endorsements
  • Legal advice
  • Medical advice or diagnosis
  • Financial advice or investment guidance
  • Internal organization or confidential matters
  • Confidential client or business information

The Launch Approval Gate

No AI model goes public until private testing passes, all flagged responses are resolved, the client provides written approval, and final payment is received. This ensures every Acorevia AI build meets our quality and safety standards before reaching your audience.

Safety questions we get asked.

Honest answers to the most common concerns about AI model safety.

Can the AI model claim to be the real person?

No. Every Acorevia AI build is configured with mandatory AI identity disclosure. The AI model must clearly identify itself as an AI trained on approved content — not as the real person. This is non-negotiable and is enforced at the model level.

What happens if the AI model gives an unsafe answer during testing?

During private testing, you can flag any unsafe, inaccurate, or out-of-scope response. Our team reviews every flag, corrects the behavior, and retests before the next round. Nothing launches until flagged issues are resolved.

What if someone asks the AI model about topics that are off-limits?

The AI model is configured to refuse out-of-scope questions gracefully rather than speculate or hallucinate an answer. Restricted topics are defined by you during the build process and enforced at the model level.

Is my content used to train other AI models?

No. Your submitted materials are used exclusively to build your AI model. They are not shared with third parties, used in general AI training datasets, or incorporated into any other client's build.

What if I want to shut down my AI model after launch?

You can request deactivation at any time. The process, timelines, and conditions are outlined in your agreement. You remain in control of whether the AI model is active or deactivated.
